Representatives
GOD told us not to worry,
HE also told us not to fear.
So put a smile upon your face,
be grateful that you're here.
GOD'S love should be apparent in us
any where we go.
It should be reflected
by the countenance we show.
As we live here daily
a Godly image they should see.
GOD should be reflected
when they look at you or me.
When we consider witnessing
we should pray GOD touch our heart,
Let HIS light shine through us;
HE'LL give the words we should impart.
When witnessing for JESUS
each time your faith is shared,
We must simply tell of HIM...
have no concern of how you fared.
The HOLY SPIRIT moves their souls
convicting them of sin.
You are just the messenger,
it's GOD who'll bring them in.
Some folks will watch you closely,
you may not even know them.
If GOD'S not really in your heart
you'll never, ever, "snow" them.
Someone you may witness to
might be waiting for just "YOU".
You may be the one GOD sends
to show them HE is true!
We're told we represent HIM...
that's the message to be preached.
I know there's someone out there
that is waiting to be reached.
To witness to another soul
can sometimes be unnerving.
Just remember... we were saved,
though we were undeserving.
When we're out in public
and if some rudeness should prevail,
Think on "who" you are in HIM
that our witnessing could fail.
Pay attention to our conduct...
we should all be purely driven.
We Christians aren't perfect...
but by HIM we are forgiven.
