WHO Can We Turn To?

Turbulent events occurring
our lifestyles rearranged.
Once secure in our existence
now that's all been changed.

Many face a loss of jobs
with no help in their sight.
Who among the masses
can help us in our plight?

Troubles mounting almost daily
staggering our senses.
Evil leaders now in charge
weaken our defenses.

Is there no one out there
that will take a stand and rise?
Are patriotic citizens
left to their own demise?

Leadership corrupt and weakened,
we can't count on them.
Either "party" have their faults
Both GPO and dem.

Where can we all go today
when troubles overwhelm?
We might ask... just "Who's" in charge?
Who's hand is on the helm?

Don't expect your help to come
from "leaders" now in place.
Your help will come from GOD HIMSELF...
when you seek HIS FACE.

HE ALONE is still in charge
despite your present state.
We can always ask HIS help;
It never is too late.

HE will guide us all our lives
if on HIM we will depend.
Any conflict in our lives,
HE... can just suspend.

Stop looking for the government
to "solve" financial woes.
Corrupted evil leaders plans
are in their final throes.

Soon we'll hear the Trump of GOD
and we will leave this place.
Those who chose to stand apart...
GOD HIMSELF they'll face.

When we're overwhelmed with strife
with trials we're forced to cope,
Remember GOD has promised us
in HIM we all have hope.

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Psalms 18:2

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
Psalms 20:7

Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
Psalms 146:1-10
