Hang In There

Those you love may hurt you
Your dearest friends desert you
Through it all just keep your focus high.

GOD is always near you
HE will always hear you
Don’t give up… HE helps us when we try.

When to GOD you had implored
You may have felt somewhat ignored
You may feel HE doesn’t listen to your prayer.

That simply isn’t true
HE loves both me and you
Our GOD is faithful… HE is always there.

Sometimes it takes much longer
HE knows when you’ll be stronger
HE waits for just the “right” time to respond.

There are things to rearrange
You may think it somewhat strange
But GOD sees now and “also” far beyond.

Don’t get discouraged while you wait
GOD has “never” shown up late
HE sometimes shows up at the final minute.

HE is aware of all your stress
HE knows when you have made a mess
HE views your life… and everything that’s in it.

Just relax and let it flow
Our GOD is in the “know”
Our GOD has “never” witnessed a surprise.

HE wants what’s best for you
HE always will be true
HE trims your problems down to proper size.
