HE’S Listening

HE’S Listening

The turmoil in the land right now
may vex our mortal souls.
It seems that we’re firmly enmeshed…
regardless of our roles.

As Christians we shun evil
and strive to stay the course.
We know that our help will come
from GOD who is our source.

Unemployment…bills past due…
with no relief in sight.
We look to our GOD above
to make things alright.

I don’t know for sure just “how”
but certainly, HE will!
It’s up to us to keep the faith;
the faith HE did instill.

I’ve heard it said before by some,
and it bears repeating…
If GOD be for us… why on earth…
should we think of retreating?

Stay the course, keep the faith
whatever you may do.
GOD is with us… HE can’t fail…
HE will see us through.

I believe HE hears us all
the moment that we pray.
Just when HE moves, is up to HIM…
it may not be today.

So keep the faith, and don’t despair,
GOD has made a vow.
HE didn’t bring us all this far
to turn back on us now.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:35-39

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
(Deut 31:6,8 Joshua 1:5)

So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Hebrews 13:5-6 (Psa 118:6)

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Matthew 28:20
